The below terms and conditions will not affect your statutory rights as covered by Consumer Protection law.



You will automatically receive a confirmation email of your order and dispatch will also be confirmed via email. If you are waiting to receive your order and have any concerns please contact us so we can check on the delivery status for you.

If a product is priced incorrectly on our website then may need to either cancel and refund your order or will contact you to arrange the payment of the additional amount.

Only one discount code can be used and applied to your order.  We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel any promotion at any time.



We accept payment via our secure payment service provider Paypal. You are not required to have a Paypal account as it is also possible to pay using a credit or debit card through PayPal.  Financial details from website transactions made with debit/credit cards will not be stored by Apple Blossom Fabrics as this is handled by the payment service provider (PayPal).  You can review the PayPal privacy policy at https://www.paypal.com.



 We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day of receiving cleared funds. We post using either 1st Class or 2nd Class by Royal, according to the option you chose at the Checkout.  Orders over £30 will be sent using a tracked service.  

 Free UK Delivery for orders over £50 are sent as standard by 2nd class Royal Mail or for heavier parcels via courier.  You will be contacted directly with details regarding this.

 We are happy to ship worldwide, however we have only publsihed postage charges to UK on the website.  So if you live overseas please contact us directly for a shipping quote before placing an order. 



 If you have bought something that you decide that you no longer require and it is within 7 days of purchase, please return the goods in their original condition to us and we will refund back to you the costs of the goods less and postage and packaging charge. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items, and safe delivery, we therefore advise a tracked postage service.


 If the goods purchased are faulty or defective in any way then you have the choice, we will either replace them or will refund you. We reserve the right to request the goods are returned to us and in this case we will cover your return postage.

We may take up to 7 working days from your return arriving here to process your refund.  All refunds will be processed via Paypal. 

 Please note we are unable to accept returns of fabric that have been cut, marked or washed.



Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website.
